Ideas for new wheel modes, classroom tools, accessibility improvements and usability changes are always welcome.
What to include in a useful report
Include the address of the page, the name of the tool, the approximate time the problem happened and the steps that caused it. If a result looked wrong, include the number of entries or the range you used, but do not send the names of students, competition entrants or other private participants.
A screenshot can help with layout problems. Please remove names, email addresses, entry numbers and other personal information before attaching it. We may ask you to try the same action in a private browser window so we can tell whether saved browser data is involved.
Questions we can help with
We can explain how to use the wheel, coin, dice and number tools; investigate a tool that does not load or save preferences correctly; and consider accessibility or feature suggestions. The tools make random selections in the visitor's browser and are intended for everyday activities, classrooms and informal games.
We cannot verify the legal rules of raffles, lotteries, promotions or regulated competitions. Organisers are responsible for checking the rules that apply in their location and for keeping any entry records they require. We also cannot recover a list that was never saved outside the browser.
